Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Cometta offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier provides core functionality, while premium unlocks additional features, storage, and capabilities. Subscription details and pricing are displayed in the App before purchase.

2. Billing & Payment

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. The trial provides full access to premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the displayed price.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings or the App Store. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes in advance. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

7. Account & Data After Cancellation

Upon subscription cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode within the free tier. Premium features become unavailable, but no data is deleted. You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.
